目的：探索乳腺癌住院患者住院费用及内分泌用药治疗情况，探讨控制患者住院费用的有效途径。方法：回顾性分析2010-2011年参保住院患者的费用、治疗模式及内分泌药物使用情况，对各指标进行差异性检验并对关键结果进行相关性分析。结果：2914例患者的次均住院总费用均与其住院天数、治疗模式及内分泌用药等因素相关。结论：可采用降低平均住院日、探索新的治疗模式及合理调整内分泌用药等方法控制乳腺癌患者住院费用。

목적：탐색유선암주원환자주원비용급내분비용약치료정황，탐토공제환자주원비용적유효도경。방법：회고성분석2010-2011년삼보주원환자적비용、치료모식급내분비약물사용정황，대각지표진행차이성검험병대관건결과진행상관성분석。결과：2914례환자적차균주원총비용균여기주원천수、치료모식급내분비용약등인소상관。결론：가채용강저평균주원일、탐색신적치료모식급합리조정내분비용약등방법공제유선암환자주원비용。
Objective: To analyze the breast cancer patients’ hospitalization expenses and endocrine therapy, therefore to explore an effective way to control the cost of hospitalization. Methods:a retrospective study was carried out to analyze the insurance cost of hospitalized patients, the mode of treatment and endocrine drug used during the year of 2010-2011 years. The difference for each index was tested, and the correlation analysis was performed on the key results. Results: For the 2914 cases of patients, the average inpatient cost was significantly associated with hospitalization duration, the mode of treatment, endocrine therapy and other relevant factors. Conclusion: to reduce cost of breast cancer, controlling the average hospitalization days, exploring a new way of treatment,reasonably adjusting endocrine therapy and other methods are suggested.
