目的:探讨白细胞介素1A(IL-1A)多态性与神经胶质瘤的相关性。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性检测154例神经胶质瘤患者和195例正常对照组 IL-1A 多态性。结果IL-1A+4845G/T 位点:与 GG 基因型相比,GT/TT 基因型显著增加了神经胶质瘤的发病风险(GT/TT 与 GG 相比:χ2=5.94,P =0.015)。与 G 等位基因相比,T 等位基因显著增加了神经胶质瘤的发病风险(χ2=5.97,P =0.015)。未发现 IL-1A-889C/T 多态性频率分布在对照组和神经胶质瘤组之间存在显著差异。根据神经胶质瘤病理分级进行亚组分析,未发现 IL-1A-889C/T 和+4845G/T 多态性与病理分级存在明显相关性(P >0.05)。结论IL-1A +4845G/T 多态性与神经胶质瘤的发病有关。

Objective To investigate the association between interleukin-1A (IL-1A)polymorphisms and risk of gli-oma.Methods The IL-1A polymorphisms were genotyped in 154 patients with glioma and 195 healthy controls using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism assay.Results The GT/TT genotypes of IL-1A+4845G/T polymorphism were associated with a significantly increased risk of glioma compared with the GG genotype (GT/TT vs.GG:χ2 =5.94,P =0.015).Similarly,the T allele of IL-1A +4845G/T polymorphism was associated with a significantly increased risk of glioma compared with the G allele (χ2 =5.97,P =0.015).There was no difference in the distribution of the IL-1A-889C/T polymorphism between cases and controls.After subgroup analysis according to histophthological grades,no significant association was observed between IL-1A-889C/T and + 4845G/T polymor-phisms and histophthological grades (P >0.05).Conclusion IL-1A +4845G/T polymorphism is related to the risk of glioma.
