目的：积极探索疗养科室急救训练工作模式，提高疗养院护理应急救治训练水平和应急处置能力。方法改变单项急救技能训练考核的传统方法，模拟护理工作过程中的突发急诊病例及意外事件，根据医护排班模式组织医护联合同组训练方法进行急救整体过程的训练及考核。结果护士急救理论、操作技能成绩明显提高，抢救意识明显增强，医护配合更加默契、流畅，医护之间对抢救配合满意度提高。结论基于护理工作过程的急救训练模式是一种适合疗养科室急救训练的模式，对提高疗养院应急救治训练水平有着重要作用。
목적：적겁탐색요양과실급구훈련공작모식，제고요양원호리응급구치훈련수평화응급처치능력。방법개변단항급구기능훈련고핵적전통방법，모의호리공작과정중적돌발급진병례급의외사건，근거의호배반모식조직의호연합동조훈련방법진행급구정체과정적훈련급고핵。결과호사급구이론、조작기능성적명현제고，창구의식명현증강，의호배합경가묵계、류창，의호지간대창구배합만의도제고。결론기우호리공작과정적급구훈련모식시일충괄합요양과실급구훈련적모식，대제고요양원응급구치훈련수평유착중요작용。
Objective To explore actively the first-aid training pattern at the sanatorium sections and increase the training level of first-aid nursing as well as the ability to deal with em ergency.Methods The traditional single em ergency skill training check-up system was reform ed,the unexpected em ergency cases and accidents during the nursing work were sim ulated,and the whole process of first-aid training and assessing were conducted on the basis of the joint work by nurses and doctors organized by squad and platoon m odel.Results There was apparent im provem ent in first-aid theories and operating skills and the awareness of giving em ergency treatm ent am ong nurses,and a better and m ore satisfactory cooperation between doctors and nurses was also achieved .Conclusion The training pattern for first-aid treat-m ent based on rehabilitation nursing service is proved to be suitable for the em ergency training at the sanatorium sections,and it plays an im portant role in enhancing the first-aid treatm ent training level at sanatorium .
