目的：探讨使用有回声型助显剂充盈法胃肠超声检查的临床价值。方法对896例有消化道症状的患者进行胃肠超声检查，检查前口服有回声型助显剂，在胃肠充盈状态下进行胃肠超声检查。检查过程中测量胃壁厚度，贲门管径及幽门管径；分辨胃壁层次结构；判别胃壁的异常增厚，胃肠溃疡及胃肠肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断；胃结石的发现等。结果896例患者中阳性率76.6%，检出胃癌19例，胃溃疡75例，急慢性胃炎539例，胃结石2例，胃下垂3例，十二指肠溃疡48例。结论充盈法胃肠超声检查无创伤、无放射性，简便易行。使用均匀有回声型助显剂，可清晰显示胃壁各层结构，对胃壁增厚的敏感性高，可提高病灶的检出率；同时也可清晰显示胃壁深部及周围组织脏器，也提高了胃肠周围病变的检出率。
목적：탐토사용유회성형조현제충영법위장초성검사적림상개치。방법대896례유소화도증상적환자진행위장초성검사，검사전구복유회성형조현제，재위장충영상태하진행위장초성검사。검사과정중측량위벽후도，분문관경급유문관경；분변위벽층차결구；판별위벽적이상증후，위장궤양급위장종류적진단급감별진단；위결석적발현등。결과896례환자중양성솔76.6%，검출위암19례，위궤양75례，급만성위염539례，위결석2례，위하수3례，십이지장궤양48례。결론충영법위장초성검사무창상、무방사성，간편역행。사용균균유회성형조현제，가청석현시위벽각층결구，대위벽증후적민감성고，가제고병조적검출솔；동시야가청석현시위벽심부급주위조직장기，야제고료위장주위병변적검출솔。
Objective To explore the clinical value of gastrointestinal ultrasound testing with echoed assisted reagent filling m ethod . Methods 896 sufferers with digestive tract sym ptoms were given gastrointestinal ultrasound testing,w hich w as conduceted after orlally tak-ing echoed assisted reagent with filled stom ach and intestines.Stom ach w all thickness,cardia pipe diam eter,and pylorus pipe diam eter w ere m easured during the testing.Stom ach w all layer structure w as distinguished.A bnorm al incrassation of stom ach w all,gastrointestinal ulcer,and gastrointestinal tum or w ere differentiated and diagnosed .Gastric concretion w as discovered .Results The positive rate am ong the 896 suffer-ers w as 76 .6% with 19 cases of gastric cancer,75 cases with gastric ulcer,539 cases with acute or chronic gastritis,2 cases with gastric concretion ,3 cases with gastroptosis,and 48 cases with duodenal ulcer.Conclusion Gastrointestinal ultrasound testing with echoed assisted reagent filling m ethod is sim ple and convenient without traum a or radioactivity.W ell-distributed echoed assisted reagent can help clearly dis-play stom ach w all layer structure,enhance sensibility of stom ach w all incrassation,and increase the detection rate of infection focus.M ean-w hile it can also clearly display deep stom ach w all and peripheral tissue and visceral organs,thus increase the detection rate of peripheral gastrointestinal lesions.
