基于颗粒法的基本原理,建立了仪表板安全气囊的有限元模型。对安全气囊折叠方式和展开过程的研究结果表明,利用LS-PrePost中的Airbag Folding模块可以有效对安全气囊囊袋的折叠方式进行模拟;采用颗粒法对折叠气囊展开情况的CAE分析结果与试验结果吻合。由此表明,颗粒法能够准确模拟仪表板安全气囊展开初期的气囊展开状态。
基于顆粒法的基本原理,建立瞭儀錶闆安全氣囊的有限元模型。對安全氣囊摺疊方式和展開過程的研究結果錶明,利用LS-PrePost中的Airbag Folding模塊可以有效對安全氣囊囊袋的摺疊方式進行模擬;採用顆粒法對摺疊氣囊展開情況的CAE分析結果與試驗結果吻閤。由此錶明,顆粒法能夠準確模擬儀錶闆安全氣囊展開初期的氣囊展開狀態。

Finite element model of instrument panel airbag is built based on basic principle of particle method. The folding method and deployment process of airbag are researched, which shows that the folding method of airbag can be effectively simulated with Airbag Folding Module of LS-PrePost; and results of CAE analysis on airbag deployment with particle method coincide with test results, which indicates that particle method can simulate deployment state of instrument panel airbag in the early stage.
