通过对砂轮划片机的架构和工作原理研究，分析了 X 电机速度震动对崩边的影响，Y 电机的比例、积分、微分调节对切割位置的影响，阐述了 Z 轴向电机测高的机理以及对整机的影响。结合工艺划切验证，减小了不良运动特性，减少了设备可能存在的隐患，改善设备的划切效果。
