目的:观察昆明安宁温泉对高黏血症疗养员的血液流变学指标的影响。方法选取217名军队高黏血症疗养员作为受试者,随机分为3组(对照组、温泉浴组和温泉游泳组),分别于疗养前后观察血液流变学六项指标的变化。结果对照组疗养4周后各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);温泉浴组疗养4周后,全血黏度(高切、低切)、全血还原黏度(高切、低切)、血浆黏度显著低于疗养前(P<0.05),其他项目差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);温泉游泳组疗养4周后,全血黏度(高切、低切)、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度(高切、低切)、红细胞变形指数明显下降(P<0.05),其他项目无显著变化(P>0.05);且温泉游泳组相比温泉浴组,全血黏度(高切、低切)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论昆明安宁温泉浴及游泳锻炼对疗养员有提高生理机能的作用,能显著改善多项血液流变学指标,可作为高黏血症疗养员的有效疗养方法。
目的:觀察昆明安寧溫泉對高黏血癥療養員的血液流變學指標的影響。方法選取217名軍隊高黏血癥療養員作為受試者,隨機分為3組(對照組、溫泉浴組和溫泉遊泳組),分彆于療養前後觀察血液流變學六項指標的變化。結果對照組療養4週後各項指標差異無統計學意義(P>0.05);溫泉浴組療養4週後,全血黏度(高切、低切)、全血還原黏度(高切、低切)、血漿黏度顯著低于療養前(P<0.05),其他項目差異無統計學意義(P>0.05);溫泉遊泳組療養4週後,全血黏度(高切、低切)、血漿黏度、全血還原黏度(高切、低切)、紅細胞變形指數明顯下降(P<0.05),其他項目無顯著變化(P>0.05);且溫泉遊泳組相比溫泉浴組,全血黏度(高切、低切)差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論昆明安寧溫泉浴及遊泳鍛煉對療養員有提高生理機能的作用,能顯著改善多項血液流變學指標,可作為高黏血癥療養員的有效療養方法。
목적:관찰곤명안저온천대고점혈증요양원적혈액류변학지표적영향。방법선취217명군대고점혈증요양원작위수시자,수궤분위3조(대조조、온천욕조화온천유영조),분별우요양전후관찰혈액류변학륙항지표적변화。결과대조조요양4주후각항지표차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);온천욕조요양4주후,전혈점도(고절、저절)、전혈환원점도(고절、저절)、혈장점도현저저우요양전(P<0.05),기타항목차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);온천유영조요양4주후,전혈점도(고절、저절)、혈장점도、전혈환원점도(고절、저절)、홍세포변형지수명현하강(P<0.05),기타항목무현저변화(P>0.05);차온천유영조상비온천욕조,전혈점도(고절、저절)차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론곤명안저온천욕급유영단련대요양원유제고생리궤능적작용,능현저개선다항혈액류변학지표,가작위고점혈증요양원적유효요양방법。
Objective To observe the influence of A nning H otspring in Kunm ing on hem odynam ic indexes of m ilitary convalescents w ith hyperviscosity.Methods 217 m ilitary convalescents w ith hyperviscosity w ere selected as subjects w ho w ere random ly divided into control group ,hotspring bathing group ,and hotspring sw im m ing group ,then the changes in six hem odynam ic indexes before and after the rehabilita-tion w ere com pared .Results The differences of hem odynam ic indexes in the control group after 4 weeks of rehabilitation w ere not of sta-tistical significance (P>0 .05 ).W hile in hotspring bathing group after 4 weeks of rehabilitation ,w hole blood viscosity (high and low shear rate),w hole blood reductive viscosity (high and low shear rate),and plasm a viscosity w ere clearly low er than those before the rehabilitation (P<0.05),but the differences of other indexes were not of statistical significance(P>0.05).For the hotspring swim m ing group after 4 weeks of rehabilitation,w hole blood viscosity (high and low shear rate),plasm a viscosity,w hole blood reductive viscosity (high and low shear rate),and erythrocyte deform ation index w ere clearly decreased(P<0.05),but the other indexes show ed no clear changes(P>0.05). The differences of w hole blood viscosity(high and low shear rate)in the hotspring sw im m ing group and the hotspring bathing group w ere of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion A nning H otspring bathing and sw im m ing training in Kunm ing can increase physiological func-tion of convalescents and significantly im prove m ultiple hem odynam ic indexes,w hich can serve as an effective therapy for convalescents w ith hyperviscosity.
