Supply Chain of the Exhibition%Optimization Model%System Optimization
考虑到中国会展产业的迅速发展和供应链管理特点，本文基于制造供应链和服务供应链管理理论，结合会展产业自身特征，在对会展供应链进行定义的基础上，构建会展供应链结构优化模型，并针对该优化模型提出具体的优化内容和措施。研究表明，会展供应链融合了制造供应链和服务供应链的特性和内容，其绩效提高的关键在于优化自身组织结构、实现参与主体的信息共享并约束参与主体的行为。
攷慮到中國會展產業的迅速髮展和供應鏈管理特點，本文基于製造供應鏈和服務供應鏈管理理論，結閤會展產業自身特徵，在對會展供應鏈進行定義的基礎上，構建會展供應鏈結構優化模型，併針對該優化模型提齣具體的優化內容和措施。研究錶明，會展供應鏈融閤瞭製造供應鏈和服務供應鏈的特性和內容，其績效提高的關鍵在于優化自身組織結構、實現參與主體的信息共享併約束參與主體的行為。

Considering the rapid development of the convention and exhibition industry in China and characteristics of supply chain management,this paper defines supply chain of the convention and exhibition industry based on principles of manufacturing supply chain and service supply chain management,combining with characteristics of the convention and exhibition industry.Morever,it constructs the optimization model of the supply chain structure and proposes the optimization concrete content and measures for the optimization model.The result shows that the supply chain of exhibition integrates the content and the characteristics of the manufacturing and service supply chain,and the key to improve its performance is optimizing the structure of its organization,implementation of information sharing and restriction of the behaviors of the participates.
