目的：观察芒硝外敷对脑卒中后肩手综合征的治疗效果。方法36例肩手综合征患者分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用药物治疗、康复训练、针灸、理疗等综合疗法。观察组在上述综合治疗的基础上增加芒硝外敷。治疗时间为1个月。两组在治疗前后采用目测类比评分法( VAS )、改良的Flug-Meyer法、改良的BI指数分别评定患侧上肢疼痛、水肿程度、关节活动范围、上肢运动功能及日常生活活动能力，评定临床疗效。结果两组治疗后偏瘫侧患手水肿、关节活动度、改良的Flug-Meyer法、改良的BI指数均有显著改善(P＜0.05)，观察组优于对照组。结论芒硝外敷对改善脑卒中后肩手综合征患手肿痛的疗效显著。
목적：관찰망초외부대뇌졸중후견수종합정적치료효과。방법36례견수종합정환자분위대조조화관찰조。대조조채용약물치료、강복훈련、침구、리료등종합요법。관찰조재상술종합치료적기출상증가망초외부。치료시간위1개월。량조재치료전후채용목측류비평분법( VAS )、개량적Flug-Meyer법、개량적BI지수분별평정환측상지동통、수종정도、관절활동범위、상지운동공능급일상생활활동능력，평정림상료효。결과량조치료후편탄측환수수종、관절활동도、개량적Flug-Meyer법、개량적BI지수균유현저개선(P＜0.05)，관찰조우우대조조。결론망초외부대개선뇌졸중후견수종합정환수종통적료효현저。
Objective To observe the curative effect of external application of m irabilite on shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Meth-ods 36 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group .The control group w ere given drug therapy,rehabilitation training,acupuncture,and physical therapy.The observation group,based on the com prehensive treatm ent in the control group,w ere given external application of mirabilite.The treatm ent time was one m onth.For both groups before and after the treatment,visualanalogue scale(VAS),modified Flug-M eyermethod,modified Barthelindex were adopted to evaluate the recovery ofup-per lim b pain ,edem a level,range of activities of joints,upper limb motor function ,and activities of daily life and m ade assessm ent of clin-ical efficacy.Results A fter treatm ent,hem iplegia hand edem a,joint activity,m odified Flug-M eyer m ethod,m odified B arthel index in both groups w ere im proved significantly (P<0 .05 ),and the observation group was superior to the control group .Conclusion E xternal applica-tion of mirabilite has rem arkable curative effect on im proving shoulder-hand syndrom after stroke.
