目的:探讨有氧运动和弹力带对正常高值血压人群血压及心血管病危险因素的影响。方法120例正常高值血压人群随机分为对照组、有氧运动组( AER )和有氧运动加弹力带组( AER+RES ),分别于运动前、运动后24周测量两组身高、体质量、血压( SBP、DBP )、总胆固醇( TC )、三酰甘油( TG )、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇( HDL-C )、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇( LDL-C )、空腹血糖( FPG )、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)。结果 AER组和AER+RES组SBP、DBP、TG、FPG、hs-CRP较干预前及对照组均有下降,HDL-C升高(P<0.05);AER+RES组DBP、FPG、hs-CRP较AER组显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而对照组实验前后各指标差异均无统计学意义。结论正常高值血压人群通过24周的有氧运动加弹力带抗阻练习,在血压下降的同时,各种心血管病危险因素也得到控制,表明有氧运动加抗阻练习对预防原发性高血压病及其并发症的发生起到重要作用。

목적:탐토유양운동화탄력대대정상고치혈압인군혈압급심혈관병위험인소적영향。방법120례정상고치혈압인군수궤분위대조조、유양운동조( AER )화유양운동가탄력대조( AER+RES ),분별우운동전、운동후24주측량량조신고、체질량、혈압( SBP、DBP )、총담고순( TC )、삼선감유( TG )、고밀도지단백담고순( HDL-C )、저밀도지단백담고순( LDL-C )、공복혈당( FPG )、고민C반응단백(hs-CRP)。결과 AER조화AER+RES조SBP、DBP、TG、FPG、hs-CRP교간예전급대조조균유하강,HDL-C승고(P<0.05);AER+RES조DBP、FPG、hs-CRP교AER조현저하강,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。이대조조실험전후각지표차이균무통계학의의。결론정상고치혈압인군통과24주적유양운동가탄력대항조연습,재혈압하강적동시,각충심혈관병위험인소야득도공제,표명유양운동가항조연습대예방원발성고혈압병급기병발증적발생기도중요작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise and elastic strap on blood pressure and cardiovascular disease risk fac-tors am ong people w ith high-norm al blood pressure.Methods 120 people w ith high-norm al blood pressure w ere random ly divided into con-trol group ,aerobic exercise group (AER )and aerobic exercise com bined elastic strap group (AER+RES ),and the items such as height,body mass index(BMI),blood pressure(SBP,DBP),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were measured before andafte r24weeksexercise intervention.Results Thevalues of SBP,DBP,TG,FPG,andhs-CRPoftheAER group and the AER+RES group decreased com pared to those before the intervention and those of the control group ,w hile the value of HDL-C increased (P<0 .05 ). ThevaluesofDBP、FPG、hs-CRPoftheAER+RESgroupsignificantlyreducedcompardwiththeAER group,andthedifferenceswereof statistical significance (P<0.05 ).While the differences of the indicatiors in the control group before and after the intervention w ere not of statistical significance.Conclusion The people with high-norm al blood pressure decreased blood pressure and controled a variety of cardio-vascular disease risk factors after 24 weeks of aerobic exercise com bined with elastic strap,w hich indicates that aerobic exercise com bined with elastic strap plays an im portant role in the prevention of prim ary hypertension and its com plications.
