Based on information sharing,“cloud consumption”paying more attention to consumer demand and making them to obtain commodity information will become the source for the enterprises to maintain competitive advantages. In“cloud consumption”era,to survive in the environment of fierce competition and realize the sustainable development,we should develop the competitiveness of retail enterprises. First,we should pay more attention to consumer experience;second,we should create sound shopping environment;third,we should do a better job in commodity display by using substitutability and complementation;fourth,we should rationally design commodity layout to meet the psychological requirement of consumers;fifth,we should implement the differentiated marketing strategy;sixth,we should integrate the supply chain;and seventh,we should stimulate the impulse purchasing.
