为研究发酵玉米秸秆对泌乳期奶牛产奶量及乳成分的影响,选择30头体况良好、胎次相同、产奶量相近的泌乳期荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为3组,对照组为未处理秸秆组,试验Ⅰ组为低菌量发酵秸秆组,试验Ⅱ组为高菌量发酵秸秆组,预试期10 d,试验期60 d。结果表明,试验Ⅱ组各阶段奶牛干物质采食量较对照组分别提高10.90%、8.34%、8.97%(P<0.05);各试验组奶牛产奶量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);41~60 d,试验Ⅱ组与对照组相比,乳蛋白率、乳脂率、乳糖率、非乳脂固体物含量均显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组乳脂率比对照组提高2.95%(P<0.05)。由此可见,秸秆发酵后,品质明显改善,利用率提高,可改善奶牛生产性能。

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of fermentation of corn straw on the performance of Chinese Holstein dairy cows in lactation.A total of 30 healthy lactating dairy cows with similar age ,parity and milk yield were randomly assigned to 3 treatments.Control group (untreated corm straw),fermentation of corn straw group with low dose bacteria(treatment Ⅰ)and fermentation of corn straw group with high dose bacteria(treatment Ⅱ)were designed.The experiment lasted for 60 days,including 10 days pre-experiment.The results showed that dry matter intake of treatment Ⅱwere 10.90%,8.34%,8.97%higher than that of control group (P<0.05).The milk yield of treatment Ⅰand treatmentⅡwas significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05).The protein,fat,lactose rate and content of non-fat solid of treatment Ⅱ were improved,compared with control treatment at 41 ~ 60 d (P < 0.05).The fat ratio of treatment Ⅰ was 2.95% higher than that of control treatment.In conclusion,the fermentation of corn straw could improve milk quality,feed efficiency and animal production performance.
