针对卫星信号下行路径上存在的折射和延迟等问题,分析了大气层的结构特点及其对卫星信道造成的不利影响,其中电离层对C波段信号的折射、对流层对Ka波段信号的延迟和电离层闪烁是分析的重点。提出了应对大气层不利影响的方法,指出必须设计可变参数模型并结合实时空间天气和气象预报的数据才能实现对卫星信道的有效校正和补偿。

For the refraction and delay phenomena existing in the down-going way of satellite signal,the structure features of the atmosphere and the adverse effect of atmosphere on the satellite signal channel are analyzed. The C band signal refraction in ionosphere,the delay of Ka band signal in troposphere and the ionosphere scintillation are analyzed emphatically in this pa-per. The countermeasures for the adverse effects are proposed. It is pointed out that only by designing of the parameter variable model,and combination with the real-time space weather and forecasting data of meteorology can the effective correction and compensation of the satellite signal channel be realized.
