针对电压型变送器远距离传输信号质量差的缺点,提出了利用输入为1~2 kΩ、输出为4~20 mA的二线制电流型电阻变送器实现远距离控制DDS频率合成芯片AD9851的目标,以产生1~2 MHz的正弦信号。实验结果表明,采用二线制电流型电阻变送器能够实现远距离数据传输,电阻与频率非线性度非常理想。
針對電壓型變送器遠距離傳輸信號質量差的缺點,提齣瞭利用輸入為1~2 kΩ、輸齣為4~20 mA的二線製電流型電阻變送器實現遠距離控製DDS頻率閤成芯片AD9851的目標,以產生1~2 MHz的正絃信號。實驗結果錶明,採用二線製電流型電阻變送器能夠實現遠距離數據傳輸,電阻與頻率非線性度非常理想。

For the poor signal quality in remote communication of voltage transmitter,a two-wire resistance-to-current trans-mitter with its input resistance of 1~2 kΩ and its output current of 4~20 mA is proposed in this paper to control the frequency synthesis chip AD9851of direct digital synthesizer(DDS)in long distance,so as to generate a sinusoidal signal with 1~2 MHz by AD9851. The experimental results show that the two-wire resistance-to-current transmitter can realize remote data transmis-sion. Moreover,the non-linearity of resistance and frequency is perfect.
