基于Retinex原理对猪卵母细胞切片图像进行一定比例的高频图像分割，从分割后的图像中获取种子点和生长阈值信息后，用区域生长法得到二值化图像，经过轮廓填充、中值滤波得到分割模板，最后将细胞原图填充至得到的分割模板中得到去背景的细胞图像。得到的结果图分割良好，消除了细胞背景图像的噪声，突出了细胞轮廓特征。
基于Retinex原理對豬卵母細胞切片圖像進行一定比例的高頻圖像分割，從分割後的圖像中穫取種子點和生長閾值信息後，用區域生長法得到二值化圖像，經過輪廓填充、中值濾波得到分割模闆，最後將細胞原圖填充至得到的分割模闆中得到去揹景的細胞圖像。得到的結果圖分割良好，消除瞭細胞揹景圖像的譟聲，突齣瞭細胞輪廓特徵。
