党的思想建设是建党的根本原则,是党建的关键和核心,从思想建设的基本内涵来看,是循着这样两个相互联结的维度进行的,一是方法论的维度,一是价值观的维度。方法论和价值观构成党的思想建设的两个基本进路,从方法论来说,党的思想建设从提倡调查研究到提出实事求是,发展到党的根本思想路线的形成和完善;从价值观来说,从反帝反封建实现民族独立到提出全心全意为人民服务,发展到以人为本的人文高度。党的历史和实践证明,思想建设的这两个进路对完成党的历史使命是缺一不可的。

The Party's ideological construction is the fundamental principle,key and core of the party building.From the view of ideological construction of the basic connotation,it follows two interconnected dimensions,One is the the dimension of methodological,the other is the dimension of the view of values.Methodological and view of values constitute the two basic approach roads of the Party's ideological construction.On methodological,it developed from advocating survey research to proposing seeking truth from facts,until the fundamental ideological line of the party's formation and perfection.On view of values,it developed from the anti-imperialist national independence to putting forward to serving the people wholeheartedly,until the humanities height of people-oriented.The party's history and practice has proved that the two approaches of ideological construction is indispensable to complete the historic mission of the party.
