研究了两种复合助剂对煤基抗冲聚丙烯的结晶形态、相形态、力学性能、热性能及光泽度的影响。结果表明:复合助剂 A 和复合助剂 B 均对煤基抗冲聚丙烯球晶进行了细化,增强了结晶能力,改善了光泽度,提高了煤基抗冲聚丙烯的弯曲模量和负荷热变形温度,复合助剂 B 对煤基抗冲聚丙烯光泽度改善较为明显,复合助剂 A 和 B 对煤基抗冲聚丙烯的乙丙橡胶粒子的大小和分布影响不大,对试样的常温和低温冲击性能基本没有影响。
研究瞭兩種複閤助劑對煤基抗遲聚丙烯的結晶形態、相形態、力學性能、熱性能及光澤度的影響。結果錶明:複閤助劑 A 和複閤助劑 B 均對煤基抗遲聚丙烯毬晶進行瞭細化,增彊瞭結晶能力,改善瞭光澤度,提高瞭煤基抗遲聚丙烯的彎麯模量和負荷熱變形溫度,複閤助劑 B 對煤基抗遲聚丙烯光澤度改善較為明顯,複閤助劑 A 和 B 對煤基抗遲聚丙烯的乙丙橡膠粒子的大小和分佈影響不大,對試樣的常溫和低溫遲擊性能基本沒有影響。

The effect of composite additives on crystal morphology, phase morphology, mechanical properties, thermal properties and gloss of coal-based impact polypropylene (PP) was investigated. The results indicated that both of the composite additives A and B refined the spherulites of PP, enhancing the ability of PP crystallization. Ultimately that improved the gloss, flexural modu-lus and loading deformation temperature of PP. Especially, the composite additives B that improved the gloss of PP is more obvi-ous. The both of A and B had little effect on the size and distribution of ethylene-propylene rubber particle of PP,and they also had little effect on the room and low-temperature impact properties of PP.
