目的：研究痰热清注射液联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗肺癌化疗后合并肺部感染的临床疗效。方法将120例肺癌化疗后合并肺部感染患者分为两组,每组60例患者,治疗方案为对照组使用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠,治疗组方案为痰热清注射液联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠。结果经治疗后,治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组为80%,统计学检验P<0．05,治疗组疗效优于对照组；两组临床上从住院时间和发热缓解时间比较,治疗组显著性优于对照组(P<0．01)。结论痰热清注射液联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗肺癌化疗后合并感染有良好的效果。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Tanreqing combined with cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of lung cancer patients with pulmonary infection after chemotherapy. Methods 120 lung cancer pa-tients with pulmonary infection after chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given cefoperazone sulbactam sodium, and the treatment group was additionally treated with Tanreqing. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group, respectively ( P<0. 05 ) . The improvement of duration of hospital stay and fever remission time was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group ( P<0. 01 ) . Conclusion Tanreqing combined with cefoperazone sulbactam has good curative effect in the treatment of lung infection after chemotherapy.
