研究了清远市石角镇种植香根草对铜的富集情况和土壤中铜含量变化,探讨人工种植香根草对恢复铜尾矿废弃地基质系统的修复作用。结果表明,香根草种植时间越长,香根草中富集的铜不断增多,土壤中铜的含量不断减小,在一定时间内达到饱和。生长在尾矿废弃地上的香根草不仅可以显著地改善铜尾矿废弃地的铜含量,而且有利于基质微生物量和酶活性的增加,因而是一种良好的矿业废弃地生态修复物种。

연구료청원시석각진충식향근초대동적부집정황화토양중동함량변화,탐토인공충식향근초대회복동미광폐기지기질계통적수복작용。결과표명,향근초충식시간월장,향근초중부집적동불단증다,토양중동적함량불단감소,재일정시간내체도포화。생장재미광폐기지상적향근초불부가이현저지개선동미광폐기지적동함량,이차유리우기질미생물량화매활성적증가,인이시일충량호적광업폐기지생태수복물충。
The adsorption effect of Vetiveria zizanioides on copper and the change of copper content of Shijiao Town in Qingyuan City were studied,and repair effect of artificial planting Vetiveria zizanioides on matrix system of waste copper tailings was dicussed. The results showed that with the extension of planting time of Vetiveria zizanioides ,its concentration of copper increased ,content of copper in soil decreased ,and reached saturation in a certain period of time.Vetiver grass growing in the tailings can improve the copper content of copper tailing ,and also be conducive to the increase in matrix of microbial biomass and enzyme activity ,so it is a kind of good ecological restoration in mining wasteland species.
