介绍了农村自然灾害的现状，分析了造成农村自然灾害的相关因素，并从危机意识、灾情透明度、村组织力量、应急权责、应急资金投入、恢复重建等方面提出了对策，以期为农村防灾减灾工作提供参考。

개소료농촌자연재해적현상，분석료조성농촌자연재해적상관인소，병종위궤의식、재정투명도、촌조직역량、응급권책、응급자금투입、회복중건등방면제출료대책，이기위농촌방재감재공작제공삼고。
@@@@Status of rural natural disasters was introduced , and the related factors causing the rural natural disasters were ana-lyzed.In order to provide a reference for disaster prevention and mitigation work in rural areas , some countermeasures were proposed from crisis consciousness, disaster situation transparency, village organize forces, emergency rights and obligations , emergency fund input, and recovery and reconstruction .
