本文研究了轧制变形及随后热处理对板条马氏体的影响,结果表明:大变形量的重度轧制可使马氏体板条趋于沿轧向排列,层片致密,马氏体板条厚度缩减至20nm左右,在板厚方向上形成了显微层压板结构。低于350℃长时退火,组织处于回复阶段,马氏体形态与轧后近似;高于350℃退火,组织开始进入再结晶期,并有新晶粒生成。
本文研究瞭軋製變形及隨後熱處理對闆條馬氏體的影響,結果錶明:大變形量的重度軋製可使馬氏體闆條趨于沿軋嚮排列,層片緻密,馬氏體闆條厚度縮減至20nm左右,在闆厚方嚮上形成瞭顯微層壓闆結構。低于350℃長時退火,組織處于迴複階段,馬氏體形態與軋後近似;高于350℃退火,組織開始進入再結晶期,併有新晶粒生成。
본문연구료알제변형급수후열처리대판조마씨체적영향,결과표명:대변형량적중도알제가사마씨체판조추우연알향배렬,층편치밀,마씨체판조후도축감지20nm좌우,재판후방향상형성료현미층압판결구。저우350℃장시퇴화,조직처우회복계단,마씨체형태여알후근사;고우350℃퇴화,조직개시진입재결정기,병유신정립생성。
This paper studies the effect of rolling deformation and subsequent heat treatment on lath martensite. The results show that severe rolling allows martensite lath be arranged along the rolling direction, its lamella becomes dense; the thickness of martensite lath is reduced to about 20nm,and laminate composite is formed in the thickness direction. Annealing below 35022, the microstructure is recovered and its morphology shows no difference after rolling. Annealing above 35022, the microstructure is re-crystallized and new grain is formed.
