　　本文通过对比释义，得到仿古商业街区的定义，并详细论述了其发展过程中遇到的一些问题；进而寻求解决问题的途径——对仿古商业街区进行分类，并从设计阶段通过对空间肌理、序列组织、行为引导等方面的综合分析，建构理想的构成模式；最后论述了仿古商业街区的建设意义及广阔前景，希望对仿古商业街区的建设有所启发。

This paper by comparing the definitions, defined the antique commercial districts, and discusses some problems encountered in the process of its development; and then seek the ways to solve the problem——classifying antique comm-ercial blocks, make comprehensive analysis from the design stage through the spatial texture, sequence organization, beha-veior guidance and other aspects, to construct the ideal model of composition; final y discuss the antique commercial street construction significance and broad prospects, hope to inspire the construction of the antique commercial street.
