目的 调查分析医院铜绿假单胞菌耐药动态变化.方法 应用回顾性调查方法,对本院从2009年1月至2012年12月间临床样本分离的铜绿假单胞菌的药敏试验结果进行对比统计分析.结果 过去四年分离出的1717株铜绿假单胞菌对常用抗菌药物的耐药率总体呈上升趋势.平均耐药率最低的是丁胺卡那霉素(32.0%);耐药率低于40%的还有美罗培南(36.2%)、亚胺培南(39.4%)和哌拉西林他唑巴坦(39.7%).许多常见抗菌药物对铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性的升高均有显著性变化.结论 本地区铜绿假单胞菌耐药率有显著性变化,多重耐药现象严重,合理使用广谱抗菌药物是防止铜绿假单胞菌的感染率攀升的重要措施.

Objective To investigate the changes of antibiotic resistance spectrum of pseudomonsa aeruginosa in hospital.Methods Pseudomonsa aeruginosa were isolated from clinical samples and their resistances to antibiotic in our hospital from Jan 2009 to DEC 2012,which were analyzed and studied retrospectively.Results A total of 1717 strains of pseudomonsa aeruginosa were isolated,there was an elevated tendency of the resistance rates to common antibacterials in pseudomonsa aeruginosa during the past four years.We found that the lowest average resistance rate was amikacin (32.0%); the rate of meropenem (36.2%),imipenem (39.4%) and piperacillin/tazobactam (39.7%) were less than 40%.So many antibacterials'drug resistance rate had changed remarkably.Conclusion Pseudomonsa aeruginosa had an elevated tendency on resistance rates,and the phenomenon of multi-drug resistance was serious.To prevent the pseudomonsa aeruginosa infection outbreak,rational use of clinical medicine is much more important.
