从海南省10个县市的15个不同地点采集橡胶树RRIM600品系的叶、枝、果、根等组织进行分离培养,共获得内生真菌507株,415株能够产生孢子,根据形态特征鉴定为18个属,23个种,其中丝孢纲真菌9个属,10个种;腔孢纲真菌6个属,9个种;子囊菌门真菌3个属,4个种。初步研究表明:在所研究不同地区的橡胶树中,穗黑孢霉(Nigrospora oryzae)、树状多节孢(Nodulisporium sylviform)、刺盘孢(Colletotrichum sp.)均有分布。不同地区橡胶树内生真菌定殖率为17%~100%,分离率为0.42~0.97。不同地点橡胶树中内生真菌群落组成的相似性比较结果表明,地理分布对橡胶树中内生真菌组成具有一定的影响。

A total of 507 endophytic fungi strains were obtained from leaves, branches, fruits, and roots of rubber tree clone RRIM600 from 15 sample places in 10 cities and counties in Hainan Province. Among them, 415 strains can produce spores. According to their morphological characteristics, 415 strains were identified and classified into 18 genera, 23 species. 9 genera, 10 species belonged to Hyphomycetes, 6 genera, 9 species belonged to Coelomycetes, and 3 genera, 4 species belonged to Ascomycetes. Preliminary studies indicate that Nigrospora oryzae, Nodulisporium sylviform and Colletotrichum sp. were distributed in rubber trees from different sample places. The endophytic fungal colonization rates in the rubber tree from 15 different locations were ranged from 17% to 100%, and the isolation rates from 0.42 to 0.97, respectively. Similarity comparison of endophytic fungi community compositions in rubber tree at different locations suggested geographical distribution has a certain impact on the community composition of endophytic fungi in rubber tree.
