为提高铀矿堆浸矿山的浸出液浓度、降低液固比、减少废水排放量、节约原材料等,提出研究多线式喷淋方法.某铀矿企业5 000 t级工业试验结果表明,采用新喷淋方法后,浸出液U浓度从241 mg/L提高到430 mg/L浸出总液固比由7.3降低至4.1.工业生产实践应用结果表明,改进喷淋方法后,浸出液铀浓度提高了59.5%,树脂饱和吸附容量提高了20.3%,淋洗合格液铀浓度提高了23.0%.该方法操作简单、效果好,达到节能减排的目的,有明显的经济和社会效益,可推广应用.

The duble-line spray were used in order to increase uranium concentration of heap lixivium, desrease the rate of liquid to solid, reduce waste water volume and save raw material. The results of industry test of 5 000 t ore showed that the uranium concentration of heap lixivium increased from 241 mg/L to 430 mg/L, the rate of liquid to solid de- creased from 7.3 to 4. 1. The practice results showed that the uranium concentration of heap lixivium increased 59. 5% , the adsorption capacity of resin saturated increased 20.3% ,the uranium concentration of elution liquid increased 23.0% after using duble- line spray. The method is simple and effective and can be used for other uranium mines.
