本试验对充氮气调储粮3种充气工艺在对粮堆充入同量的氮气条件下使用何种工艺可以取得最低氧浓度(最高含氮量),取得最理想的杀虫效果即最佳经济效益进行了探索。试验证明,密闭条件下从粮面向粮堆充气,当气囊鼓起使粮膜离开粮面时,在向粮堆继续充气的条件下打开地槽口排气阀排气,当打开地槽口排气阀后继续充入的气量相当于粮堆内空气量时停止充气,停止排气,将仓房密封好,环流均匀后氧浓度最低(氮浓度最高),吨粮成本最低。
本試驗對充氮氣調儲糧3種充氣工藝在對糧堆充入同量的氮氣條件下使用何種工藝可以取得最低氧濃度(最高含氮量),取得最理想的殺蟲效果即最佳經濟效益進行瞭探索。試驗證明,密閉條件下從糧麵嚮糧堆充氣,噹氣囊鼓起使糧膜離開糧麵時,在嚮糧堆繼續充氣的條件下打開地槽口排氣閥排氣,噹打開地槽口排氣閥後繼續充入的氣量相噹于糧堆內空氣量時停止充氣,停止排氣,將倉房密封好,環流均勻後氧濃度最低(氮濃度最高),噸糧成本最低。
본시험대충담기조저량3충충기공예재대량퇴충입동량적담기조건하사용하충공예가이취득최저양농도(최고함담량),취득최이상적살충효과즉최가경제효익진행료탐색。시험증명,밀폐조건하종량면향량퇴충기,당기낭고기사량막리개량면시,재향량퇴계속충기적조건하타개지조구배기벌배기,당타개지조구배기벌후계속충입적기량상당우량퇴내공기량시정지충기,정지배기,장창방밀봉호,배류균균후양농도최저(담농도최고),둔량성본최저。
The experiment is attempted to explore how the three kinds of grain storage nitrogen charging process,when inflated with the same amount of nitrogen,can achieve the minimum oxygen concentration or the highest nitrogen content,get the highest insecticidal effect that gain the best economic benefit.The experiment proves that inflae the heap of grain when the airbag summon up to make the grain membrane away form its surface,open the discharge valve exhaust slot without stopping the inflation;stop inflating and exhausting and seal the barn when the nitrogen filled after opening the valve exhaust slot equals that of the inside of the grain.Then it can achieve the minimum oxygen concentration and the lowest cost of tons of grain.
