选用20 kg左右的"杜×长×大"外三元杂交仔猪20头,随机分为2组,分别饲喂豆粕型和杂粕(双低菜籽粕+豆粕)型2种不同类型的日粮,饲养猪至体重达到100 kg左右时屠宰测定瘦肉率,取背最长肌肌肉组织,采用RT-PCR技术检测分析HSL mRNA和Obese mRNA表达情况,以探索出日粮类型与基因表达的关系。结果显示,杂粕日粮较豆粕日粮可显著增加HSL mRNA表达量、减少Obese mRNA表达量(P〈0.05),2种日粮类型虽对猪瘦肉率无显著性影响,但是从实际值来看,杂粕日粮表现出提高趋势,较豆粕日粮提高3.5%(P〉0.05)。

선용20 kg좌우적"두×장×대"외삼원잡교자저20두,수궤분위2조,분별사위두박형화잡박(쌍저채자박+두박)형2충불동류형적일량,사양저지체중체도100 kg좌우시도재측정수육솔,취배최장기기육조직,채용RT-PCR기술검측분석HSL mRNA화Obese mRNA표체정황,이탐색출일량류형여기인표체적관계。결과현시,잡박일량교두박일량가현저증가HSL mRNA표체량、감소Obese mRNA표체량(P〈0.05),2충일량류형수대저수육솔무현저성영향,단시종실제치래간,잡박일량표현출제고추세,교두박일량제고3.5%(P〉0.05)。
Twenty Duroc x Landrace x large three crossbred pigs were allocated randomLy into two groups and fed soybean diet and miscellane- ous diet ( double low rapeseed meal and soybean meal). The pigs weight were reached about one hundred kilogram when slaughter test slaughtered and determined lean lean rate, in addition, taked the longissimus dorsi muscle tissue, The levels of HSL mRNA and Obese mRNA were detected by RT - PCR to explore relationship of diet type and gene expression. The results showed that miscellaneous meal with soybean meal in the diets significantly in- creased HSL expression of mRNA, decreased Obese expression of mRNA ( miscellaneous meal with soybean meal in the diets significantly increased HSL expression of mRNA, decreased Obese expression of mRNA ( P 〈 0.05 ) , Between soybean diet and miscellaneous diet on pig lean meat rate has no significant impact, but the actual data showed that pig fed miscellaneous diet showed a tendency to increase 3.5% ( P 〉 0.05 ) , comparisoning of pig fed soybean diet.
