校企联合培养硕士研究生目前主要有校企项目合作、校企双导师制、校企共建研究生联合培养基地三种模式。为提高研究生培养质量,要逐渐完善政策支撑体系,建立多元化的资金筹措机制和利益共享、风险公担机制,完善企业研究生导师制度,还要注重过程管理,建立培养质量考核评价体系。
校企聯閤培養碩士研究生目前主要有校企項目閤作、校企雙導師製、校企共建研究生聯閤培養基地三種模式。為提高研究生培養質量,要逐漸完善政策支撐體繫,建立多元化的資金籌措機製和利益共享、風險公擔機製,完善企業研究生導師製度,還要註重過程管理,建立培養質量攷覈評價體繫。
교기연합배양석사연구생목전주요유교기항목합작、교기쌍도사제、교기공건연구생연합배양기지삼충모식。위제고연구생배양질량,요축점완선정책지탱체계,건립다원화적자금주조궤제화이익공향、풍험공담궤제,완선기업연구생도사제도,환요주중과정관리,건립배양질량고핵평개체계。
There exist presently three kinds of modes as to the joint training of post graduates between school and enterprise： the program cooperation, the double tutorial system, and the co-construcion of the joint cultivation base of post graduates. It is supposed, for the enhance of post graduate culivation quality, to improve gradually the policy supporting system, to establish the diversified financing mechanism and profit and risk sharing mechanism, to make perfect the mentor program system, and to build the appraisal and evaluation system of education quality by paying more attention to process management.
