Combining with the features of the maintenance and management of the Cross-sea Bridge at Hangzhou Bay, the paper sums up the organization structure, the personnel qualification, the inspection frequency, the inspection tools, the inspection report, and the quality control in the maintenance and management, and introduces the maintenance and management experience in special seasons and bad weather, the maintenance management system and filing methods, and the inspection of the protection system for the steel pipe pile in ocean environment, so as to provide the experience reference to the further inspection and evaluation.
