目的观察兔眼准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)及准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(Epi- LASIK)术后局部点用神经生长因子(NGF)后角膜组织中酪氨酸激酶受体A(TrkA)的表达情况,探索术后干眼症的防治方法。方法将30只新西兰纯种兔,抽取15只30眼接受LASIK手术,余接受Epi- LASIK手术。术后每只兔子一眼滴NGF滴眼液,为实验眼,对侧眼滴0.9%氯化钠溶液,为对照眼。1周后进行免疫组化分析,检测角膜上皮细胞层以及角膜基质层中TrkA的表达情况。结果观察TrKA的表达,接受LASIK或Epi- LASIK手术后,滴用NGF滴眼液的眼均较对照眼强。LASIK组以及Epi- LASIK组滴用NGF眼两者比较TrkA的表达无统计学差异。结论滴用NGF的兔眼,其LASIK或Epi- LASIK术后TrkA受体表达均较高,可能有助于防治近视激光术后干眼症。

목적관찰토안준분자격광원위각막마양술(LASIK)급준분자격광상피판하각막마양술(Epi- LASIK)술후국부점용신경생장인자(NGF)후각막조직중락안산격매수체A(TrkA)적표체정황,탐색술후간안증적방치방법。방법장30지신서란순충토,추취15지30안접수LASIK수술,여접수Epi- LASIK수술。술후매지토자일안적NGF적안액,위실험안,대측안적0.9%록화납용액,위대조안。1주후진행면역조화분석,검측각막상피세포층이급각막기질층중TrkA적표체정황。결과관찰TrKA적표체,접수LASIK혹Epi- LASIK수술후,적용NGF적안액적안균교대조안강。LASIK조이급Epi- LASIK조적용NGF안량자비교TrkA적표체무통계학차이。결론적용NGF적토안,기LASIK혹Epi- LASIK술후TrkA수체표체균교고,가능유조우방치근시격광술후간안증。
Objective To investigate the effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) on the expression of TrkA in cornea after LASIK or Epi- LASIK. Methods Sixty eyes of 30 New Zealand white rabbits underwent LASIK or Epi- LASIK procedures with 30 eyes in each group. One eye, randomly selected in each rabbit was treated with topical NGF for 1 week, while the contralateral eye was treated with normal saline as control. The expression of NGF receptor (TrkA) on cornea was detected by histoimmuno-chemistry. Results The expression of TrkA on the cornea treated with the topical NGF after LASIK or Epi- LASIK was stronger than that of control group. There was no difference in expression of TrkA between LASIK and Epi- LASIK groups. Conclusion Topical treatment of NGF can up- regulate the expression of TrkA in the cornea of rabbits after LASIK or Epi- LASIK.
