心理健康教育是指以现代心理科学理论为指导,依据学生的心理活动规律进行的教育、教学和辅导。心理健康教育是对学生心理健康的维护、心理素质的培养以及生活质量的提高。我国近年来把青少年的心理健康教育也提到了一个新的高度。《中共中央关于进一步加强和改进学校德育工作的若干意见》中明确指出,要“通过多种方式对不同年龄层次的学生进行心理健康教育和指导,帮助学生提高其心理素质,健全人格,增强承受挫折、适应环境的能力”。但是,由于我国心理健康教育工作起步较晚,各地、各校对其重视程度还不够,在心理健康教育工作方面还处于起步和探索阶段,尤其对中职学生这一特殊群体,如何更好地开展好心理健康教育就需要付出更大的努力。本文就我校多年开展心理健康教育方面谈谈自己的几点体会。

Psychological health education refers to the education, teaching and counseling guided by modern psychological science theories in accordance with the law of students' psychological ac-tivities. Psychological health education is the maintenance of stu-dents' psychological health, the cultivation of their psychological quality and the improvement of their life quality, so in recent years, the psychological health education of adolescents has been raised to a new level. It is clearly pointed out in"Opinions of the CPC Central Committee on Further Strengthening and Improving Moral Education in Schools" that various methods should be adopted to carry out psychological health education and counsel-ing for students of different ages so as to improve their psycholog-ical quality, perfect their personality, and enhance their ability of frustration tolerance and environmental adaptability. However, due to the relatively late start of China's psychological health ed-ucation work, regions and schools' attention on it is still insuffi-cient and relevant work has just begun, especially for secondary vocational students as a special group, the psychological health education needs more efforts. This paper discusses some personal experiences based on many years of psychological education work in our school.
