目的：探讨坚强内固定在颌面部粉碎性骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法将我院从2010年2月至2013年5月收治的40例颌面部粉碎性骨折患者做回顾性分析，取骨折处开放性复位，做微型夹板坚强内固定。结果40例患者经手术后，均达到满意的解剖复位效果，咬合关系恢复为正常状态，其功能与外观皆获得患者认可，患者满意率提升，未出现并发症。结论坚强内固定在颌面部粉碎性骨折中的使用，可有效提高治疗效果，操作简单，可减少并发症的发生率，在颌面部粉碎性骨折治疗中，占据着举足轻重的地位，值得临床进一步推广。
목적：탐토견강내고정재합면부분쇄성골절치료중적응용효과。방법장아원종2010년2월지2013년5월수치적40례합면부분쇄성골절환자주회고성분석，취골절처개방성복위，주미형협판견강내고정。결과40례환자경수술후，균체도만의적해부복위효과，교합관계회복위정상상태，기공능여외관개획득환자인가，환자만의솔제승，미출현병발증。결론견강내고정재합면부분쇄성골절중적사용，가유효제고치료효과，조작간단，가감소병발증적발생솔，재합면부분쇄성골절치료중，점거착거족경중적지위，치득림상진일보추엄。
Objective To study the strong effect of internal fixation in the application of maxillofacial comminuted fracture treatment. Methods our hospital from february 2010 to May 2013 were 40 patients with maxillofacial comminuted fracture were analyzed retrospectively, fracture open reduction, do the micro splint fixation strength. Results 40 cases of postoperative patients with hands, achieves satisfactory result of anatomical repositioning, returned to normal occlusal relationship, its function and appearance of the patients' recognition, patients' satisfaction to ascend, without complications. Conclusion the use of strong internal fixation for maxillofacial comminuted fracture, can effectively improve the treatment effect, simple operation, can reduce the incidence of complications, in the maxillofacial comminuted fracture treatment, occupies a pivotal position, is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
