在介绍生产过程的可靠性、智能化、实时性、安全性和维护性的特点基础上,分析了现代生产对远程监控系统的要求和功能,提出了基于功能和层次结构的生产过程远程监控系统总体框架模型。从系统集成的角度出发,研究了该系统模型所涉及应用程序开发、Socket数据通信、数据采集、控制策略等关键技术。最后给出了实现这些关键技术的有效方法与具体技术。

Based on the introducing the characteristics of reliability, intel igence, real-time, safety and maintenance, this article analyzed the requirement and function for modern monitoring and control system. The paper proposed a model framework and prototype of producing remote monitoring and control system based on function and hierarchical structure was proposed. From system developing perspective, the key techniques of the model were studied, including application development, socket data communication, data gather and control tactic and so on. Final y, the effective methods and specific techniques for key techniques were realized in this paper.
