目的探讨参芎葡萄糖注射液辅助治疗急性重症胰腺炎的疗效。方法将急性重症胰腺炎患者分为两组，均予常规治疗，在此基础上治疗组加用参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗，观察两组腹痛缓解时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间和住院时间。结果治疗组临床症状及腹部体征改善时间、治疗有效率、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间及住院时间方面均优于对照组。结论参芎葡萄糖注射液辅助治疗重症急性胰腺炎疗效明显。
목적탐토삼궁포도당주사액보조치료급성중증이선염적료효。방법장급성중증이선염환자분위량조，균여상규치료，재차기출상치료조가용삼궁포도당주사액치료，관찰량조복통완해시간、혈정분매회복정상시간화주원시간。결과치료조림상증상급복부체정개선시간、치료유효솔、혈정분매회복정상시간급주원시간방면균우우대조조。결론삼궁포도당주사액보조치료중증급성이선염료효명현。
0bjective To explore the therapeutical effect of Salivae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection on severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods Patients with SAP were divided into 2 groups.Both the two groups were given normal treatment.Patients in therapy group were added with Salivae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection.The time of Clinical symptoms and abdomen signs release,effective rate,the time of amylase in blood to revert and the time of staying in hospital in the two groups were compared with each other.Results Comparing with the contrast group,the therapeutic effect of SAP in therapy group was better in the time of Clinical symptoms and abdomen signs release,effective rate,the time of amylase in blood to revert and the time of staying in hospital.Conclusion Salivae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection has a obvious therapeutic effect on SAP.
