目的探讨结直肠癌组织中miR-142-3p的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法分别提取42例结直肠癌患者癌组织及癌旁组织标本中的总RNA，以RT- PCR及荧光定量PCR技术测定miR-142-3p的表达量，并分析miR-142-3p的表达与肿瘤的侵袭、转移等临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果结直肠癌组织中miR-142-3p的表达低于对应的癌旁组织[-2.652(-0.469~-4.420) vs -1.046(-0.488~-2.589)]，癌旁组织中miR-142-3p的表达是癌组织中的3.258倍，两者具有统计学差异（P＜0.05），miR-142-3p的低表达与结直肠癌淋巴结转移、临床分期有关(均P＜0.05)；而与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、远处转移、肿瘤位置、肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度无关（均P＞0.05）。结论 miR-142-3p在结直肠癌的发生、发展中可能起着抑癌基因的作用，有望成为结直肠癌诊断与治疗的另一新指标。
목적탐토결직장암조직중miR-142-3p적표체급기여림상병리특정적관계。방법분별제취42례결직장암환자암조직급암방조직표본중적총RNA，이RT- PCR급형광정량PCR기술측정miR-142-3p적표체량，병분석miR-142-3p적표체여종류적침습、전이등림상병리특정급예후적관계。결과결직장암조직중miR-142-3p적표체저우대응적암방조직[-2.652(-0.469~-4.420) vs -1.046(-0.488~-2.589)]，암방조직중miR-142-3p적표체시암조직중적3.258배，량자구유통계학차이（P＜0.05），miR-142-3p적저표체여결직장암림파결전이、림상분기유관(균P＜0.05)；이여환자적년령、성별、종류대소、원처전이、종류위치、종류침윤심도、분화정도무관（균P＞0.05）。결론 miR-142-3p재결직장암적발생、발전중가능기착억암기인적작용，유망성위결직장암진단여치료적령일신지표。
Objective To investigate the expression of miR- 142- 3p in colorectal cancer and its clinicopathological sig-nificance. Methods Surgical specimens of cancer tissues and adjacent normal mucosa were obtained from 42 patients with colorectal cancer. Total RNA of cancer tissues and adjacent normal mucosa were extracted, and the relative expression levels of miR- 142- 3p were detected by quantitative real- time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT- PCR). The correla-tion of miR- 142- 3p with tumor invasion, metastasis and other clinicalpathologic parameters was analyzed. Results The rela-tive expression levels of miR- 142- 3p were significantly lower in colorectal cancer tissues than those in normal mucosa [- 2.652 (- 0.469~- 4.420) vs- 1.046 (- 0.488~- 2.589), P<0.05]. The expression of miR- 142- 3p was negative correlated with the lymph node metastases and clinical stage (P<0.05);there was no significant correlation of miR- 142- 3p with age, gender, tumor size, site, distant metastases, depth of tumor invasion, differentiation degree (P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of miR- 142- 3p may play a tumor suppressor role in the development of colorectal cancer, it might be used as an indicator for diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
