按照试验饲粮不同,将36头平均始重(21.5±0.9) kg的云南圭山山羊分为2个处理组,对照组日粮为“50%精料+50%鸭茅草”,试验组日粮为“50%精料+20%鸭茅草+30%水葫芦渣混合青贮料”,用于研究水葫芦渣与麦麸粉混合青贮料对山羊生长性能及肌肉矿物质元素含量的影响。结果显示:试验组山羊平均日增重和平均日采食量显著大于对照组山羊(P<0.05)。试验组山羊背最长肌和股二头肌的磷、铁和锰元素含量显著大于对照组(P<0.05);山羊背最长肌重金属汞含量指标,试验组大于对照组,且均低于农业部标准限量。试验结果表明:山羊全价饲料中添加30%的水葫芦渣混合青贮料,不会对山羊生长性能及肉品安全产生负面影响。

The objective of this experiment was to study the growth performance and muscle min-eral contents in Yunnan Guishan goats by feeding the Eichhornia crassipes residuals ensilage mixing with wheat bran. Thirty six Yunnan Guishan goats with the initial body weight of (21.5± 0.9) kg were designed into two groups. The control group diet was composed of 50% concentrat-ed feed and 50% Dactylis glomerata L. grass, and the trail group diet was composed of 50%concentrated feed, 20% Dactylis glomerata L. grass, and 30% Eichhornia crassipes residuals en-silage mixing with bran meal. In the feeding period of 30 days, the average daily weight gain and the average daily feed intake of the trail group goats were higher than those of the control (P<0.05). The trail group goats had the higher contents of iron, phosphorus and manganese than the control in both longissimus dorsi muscles and biceps femoris muscles(P<0.05). For the mer-cury content of longissimus dorsi muscles, the trial group was higher than those of the control(P<0.05). Moreover, the mercury contents of all experimental goat muscle were agreed with the limited value of the safety goat meat stan-dard of China. These findings proved that ad-dition of 30% Eichhornia crassipes residual ensilages in the completed diet had no nega-tive influence on the growth performance and meat safety in goats.
