目的：观察温肾降浊通络法治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）的临床疗效。方法：选择早中期CRF患者112例作为研究对象，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组60例在常规治疗基础上加用温肾降浊通络汤加减，对照组52例在常规治疗基础上加服包醛氧淀粉，2组均以1个月为一疗程，服用两个疗程后观察两组患者临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率80.00%，对照组总有效率57.69%，两组疾病疗效比较差别有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；在24 h尿蛋白定量(24 UTP)、血红蛋白(HB)、总胆固醇(TC)、血肌酐(Scr)方面，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：温肾降浊通络法不仅能改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床症状，而且能改善肾功能、血脂、血红蛋白。
목적：관찰온신강탁통락법치료조중기만성신공능쇠갈（CRF）적림상료효。방법：선택조중기CRF환자112례작위연구대상，수궤분위치료조화대조조。치료조60례재상규치료기출상가용온신강탁통락탕가감，대조조52례재상규치료기출상가복포철양정분，2조균이1개월위일료정，복용량개료정후관찰량조환자림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔80.00%，대조조총유효솔57.69%，량조질병료효비교차별유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；재24 h뇨단백정량(24 UTP)、혈홍단백(HB)、총담고순(TC)、혈기항(Scr)방면，치료조료효우우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：온신강탁통락법불부능개선만성신공능쇠갈환자적림상증상，이차능개선신공능、혈지、혈홍단백。
Objective:To observe the clinical efifcacy of Wenshen-Jiangzhuo-Tongluo in the treatment of patients with early and middle chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods:Patients with early and middle CRF treated in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013 were randomly divided into a treatment group (60 cases, treated with conventional therapy combined with Wenshen-Jiangzhuo-Tongluo) and a control group (52 cases, treated with conventional therapy combined with package aldehyde oxygen starch). Two groups were treated for one month as a course. Clinical efifcacy was analyzed after two courses of treatment. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group accounted for 80.00% compared with 57.69% in the control group. There were some signiifcant differences in 24 UTP、HB、TC、Scr between two groups before and after treatment, which were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of Wenshen-Jiangzhuo-Tongluo can improve not only the clinical symptoms in the patients of chronic renal failure, but also the function of renal and the levels of blood lipids and hemoglobin.
