目的通过综合分析日本8所院校护理本科人文社科课程设置情况,为中国护理专业人文社科教育及改革提供借鉴。方法通过实地考察和网络收集相结合,分析8所院校护理本科人文社科课程学时、学分比例,其中必修课程和限选课程的内容及学时、学分比例,综合评价其优越性。结果护理本科人文社科课程学分占总学分21.6%;人文社科必修课程学分占人文社科课程学分39.9%,课程主要集中在信息技术处理和国际语言交流以及护理人员的基本人文关爱能力;人文社科限选课程学分占人文社科课程学分60.1%,课程设置多样化,与护理学科相关的综合课程较多。结论日本护理学科人文社科课程的优势是培养目标全面详细,必修课程比例较少,护理学科相关综合课程设置较多。中国护理学科人文社科课程建设中,应该进一步细化护理人才培养目标,减少人文社科必修课程设置比例,研发与护理学科相关的综合课程,增设促进人际沟通能力的课程。

Objective To provide reference for the development of nursing major in Chinese university through a comprehensive analysis of social science and humanity curriculum of nursing major in 8 Japanese universities. Methods With the combination of field study and online work, the proportion between class hours and credits, compulsory courses and selective courses was analyzed and then their advantages were estimated. Results The credit of social science and humanity curriculum amounts to 21.6% of the total credits, and the credit of compulsory courses 39.9% of that of social science and humanity curriculum. The courses focus on information technology, international languages, and basic humane care of nursing staff and the credit of selective courses takes 60.1%of all credits of social science and humanity curriculum, with diverse contents and plenty of integrated courses related to nursing. Conclusion The advantage of social science and humanity curriculum of nursing major in Japanese universities features as comprehensive training goals, less compulsory courses and more integrated courses. In the development of Chinese nursing education in terms of social science and humanity curriculum, special attention should be given to more specific training goals, less proportion of compulsory courses in social science and humanity, integrated courses, meanwhile more courses to promote interpersonal communication should be offered.
