    本文简要分析旅游业对三亚经济发展的影响，由旅游消费情况入手，主要对物价和房地产市场两方面进行调查，收集相关资料与数据，构建模型，分析物价和房地产在旅游业的带动下的变化，从而得出结论。

    This article briefly analyzed the development of economic in Sanya that is af ected by the tourism, it starts from the tourism consumption. This paper mainly survey on two aspects of prices and real estate market with col ecting related information and data, building the model, analysis of prices and changes in real estate under the drive of tourism, and then come to the conclusion.
