针对建筑市场的挂靠经营现象，笔者通过问卷调查分析了挂靠经营带来的问题，并从挂靠经营的利益驱动来探讨挂靠的成因。基于调查结果，提出政府应从资质管理和信用管理相结合的角度来治理挂靠经营，并给出相应的政策建议。

Aimed at the phenomenon of afifliated operation in the construction market,this paper analyzes the problems of afifliated operation and explores the causes of afifliated operation through proift-driven.Based on survey results, it proposes afifliated operation should be controlled with the angle of combining qualiifcation management and credit management.At last,it provides appropriate policy recommendations.
