目的:探讨百克瑞复合溶菌酶纱布治疗延迟骨筋膜室减张切口的疗效。方法回顾性分析自2008年1月至2013年8月延迟切开骨筋膜室综合征病例70例,对照组30例采用常规凡士林纱布换药,百克瑞组40例采用百克瑞纱布换药,通过记录肌肉组织肿胀消退时间、切开减张至伤口闭合时间、术后感染率、植皮率、住院时间、创面肉芽颗粒新鲜度比较治疗效果。结果性别、年龄、切开延迟时间等基线资料百克瑞组与对照组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);百克瑞组肌肉组织肿胀消退时间(t=6.86,P<0.05)、切开至减张至再次缝合时间(t=4.94,P<0.05)、住院时间(t=5.80, P<0.05)均较对照组短;百克瑞组术后感染率(χ2=4.67,P<0.05)、植皮率(χ2=4.67,P<0.05)低于对照组;百克瑞组创面肉芽颗粒新鲜度优良率高于对照组(χ2=4.67,P<0.05)。结论百克瑞复合溶菌酶纱布在延迟骨筋膜室减张切口中具有一定应用价值。

목적:탐토백극서복합용균매사포치료연지골근막실감장절구적료효。방법회고성분석자2008년1월지2013년8월연지절개골근막실종합정병례70례,대조조30례채용상규범사림사포환약,백극서조40례채용백극서사포환약,통과기록기육조직종창소퇴시간、절개감장지상구폐합시간、술후감염솔、식피솔、주원시간、창면육아과립신선도비교치료효과。결과성별、년령、절개연지시간등기선자료백극서조여대조조비교무통계학의의(P>0.05);백극서조기육조직종창소퇴시간(t=6.86,P<0.05)、절개지감장지재차봉합시간(t=4.94,P<0.05)、주원시간(t=5.80, P<0.05)균교대조조단;백극서조술후감염솔(χ2=4.67,P<0.05)、식피솔(χ2=4.67,P<0.05)저우대조조;백극서조창면육아과립신선도우량솔고우대조조(χ2=4.67,P<0.05)。결론백극서복합용균매사포재연지골근막실감장절구중구유일정응용개치。
Objective to study the curative effect of compound lysozyme gauze on delayed decompression incision of osteofascial compartment syndrome. Methods 70 cases of delayed decompression incision of osteofascial compartment syndrome were retrospectively analyzed from January 2008 to August 2008. Control group consisted of 30 cases changed the dressing with conventional vaseline gauze, the bakeri group consisted of 40 cases changed the dressing with compound lysozyme gauze. Therapeutic effects was compared by recording the subsided time of swelling muscle tissue;the time from decompression incision to wound closure;postoperative infection rate;skin graft rate; length of hospital stay;wound granulation freshness. Results The baseline data difference such as Gender, age, the delay decompression time had no statistical significance (P>0.05) between the bakeri group and control group . The subsided time of swelling muscle tissue(t= 6.86,P< 6.86), the time from decompression incision to wound closure (t= 4.94,P< 0.05), the length of hospital stay(t = 5.80, P< 0.05) of bakeri group was shorter than control group; postoperative infection rate(χ2= 4.67,P< 0.05), the rate of skin graft (χ2 = 4.67,P < 0.05) was lower in bakeri group than the control group; wound granulation freshness in bakeri group was higher than the control group (χ2 =4.67, P< 0.05). Conclusion the compound lysozyme gauze has certain application value on delayed decompression incision of osteofascial compartment syndrome.
