目的：观察中西医结合方法对颞颌关节功能紊乱综合症患者的临床治疗效果。方法从2010年1月至2013年1月我院收治的颞颌关节功能紊乱综合症患者中抽取276例作为本次研究的观察对象，将所选对象分为人数相等的治疗组与对照组，每组各138例。对治疗组患者采用中西医结合方法治疗，对对照组患者采用单纯西医方法治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为98.55%，对照组治疗总有效率为72.46%，前者明显高于后者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现不良反应病例。结论采用中西医结合方法治疗颞颌关节功能紊乱综合症的疗效显著，且安全性高，在临床治疗中具有可行性与可推广性。

Objective Integrative observed clinical effect of temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome patients. Method Extract from temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome January 2010 - January 2013 in our hospital 276 cases as observed object of this study , subjects were divided into an equal number of the selected treatment group and the control group , 138 cases in each group . For patients treated using Integrative method of treatment for the control group were treated with Western medicine alone method , the treatment effect compared two groups of patients. Results the total effective rate was 98.55% , total effective rate of the control group 72.46% , was significantly higher , the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); groups of patients were not there during treatment cases of adverse reactions . Conclusion integrative method of treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome effect is significant, and safety, feasibility and replicability in clinical treatment .
