为了测试电子显微镜高稳定线圈恒流电源的稳定度,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的在线测试系统。该系统硬件平台基于GPIB总线,以8位半数字多用表为高精度电压采集设备,软件系统以LabVIEW为开发平台,可以实时采集处理线圈电流反馈的电压信号。应用该系统测试了稳定度为2 ppm/min的物镜线圈电源。结果表明,该测试系统精度高,反应快,使用方便,满足自动测试高稳定电源的需求。
為瞭測試電子顯微鏡高穩定線圈恆流電源的穩定度,設計瞭一種基于虛擬儀器技術的在線測試繫統。該繫統硬件平檯基于GPIB總線,以8位半數字多用錶為高精度電壓採集設備,軟件繫統以LabVIEW為開髮平檯,可以實時採集處理線圈電流反饋的電壓信號。應用該繫統測試瞭穩定度為2 ppm/min的物鏡線圈電源。結果錶明,該測試繫統精度高,反應快,使用方便,滿足自動測試高穩定電源的需求。

To test the stability of high-stable constant current power supply of electronic microscope,an online testing sys-tem based on the virtual instrument technology was designed. The hardware platform of the system is based on GPIB. 8 12 bit digi-tal multimeter is taken as the high-accuracy voltage acquisition instrument. The software system was developed with LabVIEW. This system can collect and analyze the voltage signal fed backed from coil current in real time. The objective coil power supply with 2 ppm/min stability was tested. The tested esults show that the system has high accuracy and fast response,is to use,and can satisfy the demand of measuring high-stable power supplies automatically.
