在分析目前严峻的就业形势基础上，阐述了大学生以创业带动就业是转变就业观念，扩大就业，解决社会突出矛盾的迫切要求，论证了完善大学生创业机制就必须建立以政府、社会、高校、创业者为体系的大学生创业工程，并指出大学生如何主动培养创业意识、提升创业能力，成功走向创业之路。
在分析目前嚴峻的就業形勢基礎上，闡述瞭大學生以創業帶動就業是轉變就業觀唸，擴大就業，解決社會突齣矛盾的迫切要求，論證瞭完善大學生創業機製就必鬚建立以政府、社會、高校、創業者為體繫的大學生創業工程，併指齣大學生如何主動培養創業意識、提升創業能力，成功走嚮創業之路。
재분석목전엄준적취업형세기출상，천술료대학생이창업대동취업시전변취업관념，확대취업，해결사회돌출모순적박절요구，론증료완선대학생창업궤제취필수건립이정부、사회、고교、창업자위체계적대학생창업공정，병지출대학생여하주동배양창업의식、제승창업능력，성공주향창업지로。
This paper issues starting an enterprise to promote to gent need to expand employment and solve the contradiction in obtain employment among college students is the urthe society according to analysis of the rigorous employment situation, discusses that we must build the ＂starting an enterprise＂ project based on government, society ,colleges and persons to improve the system of starting an enterprise to promote to obtain employment among college students, and indicates how these college students to bring up their innovative consciousness and improve their innovative abilities to succeed.
