依托湖北某就地热再生工程,对旧沥青路面抽提的沥青研究其再生的相关理论和设计方法。检测现场抽提旧沥青的相关指标,评价其老化程度。在阐述沥青再生机理的基础上,提出就地热再生中旧沥青再生目标标号的确定方法。建议由调和公式预估再生剂的掺加比例,随后的试验证明此预估值约有15%的误差。通过试配法进行旧沥青的再生试验,经综合考虑初定 A型和 B 型再生剂的适宜掺量为8.7%和7.2%。检测适宜掺量下再生沥青的抗老化性能,结果表明 A型和 B型再生剂下的再生沥青耐老化性能良好。

Relying on hot in-place recycling project in Hubei,we studied the theories and design methods of asphalt reclaiming aiming at the extracted used asphalt.We tested some indexes of extracted used asphalt to assess its aging degree.Based on the asphalt reclaiming mechanism,we put forward the determination method of used asphalt's target label number under hot in-place recycle.We suggested that the regenerant content should be forecasted first by the harmonic formula,and subsequent experiments proved that its forecast error is about 15%.Through the matching test of used asphalt reclaiming,we as-certained preliminarily the suitable regenerant content of type A and B is 8.7% and 7.2%.We tested the ageing resistance of reclaimed asphalt under the suitable content,and the results show that the re-claimed asphalts under type A and B have good performance.
