目的 观察火箭煤油对家兔的皮肤刺激性. 方法 24只健康家兔剃毛后分为完整皮肤组和破损皮肤组,分别进行1次封闭式染毒皮肤刺激性、1次未封闭式染毒皮肤刺激性以及多次非封闭式染毒皮肤刺激性实验,参考Draize评分方法观察火箭煤油染毒家兔皮肤的刺激性反应并计算积分,评价刺激性. 结果 1次封闭式染毒对完整和破损皮肤的刺激均为中等刺激性;1次未封闭式染毒对完整和破损皮肤的刺激均为轻刺激性;多次未封闭式染毒对完整和破损皮肤的刺激均为中等刺激性.1次封闭式染毒的皮肤刺激反应评分高于1次未封闭式染毒(完整皮肤组:F=170.67,P<0.01;破损皮肤组:F=163.11,P<0.01).1次染毒完整皮肤和破损皮肤组之间的皮肤刺激反应评分无统计学差异,多次未封闭染毒完整皮肤组与破损皮肤组的皮肤刺激反应评分无统计学差异.结论 火箭煤油对皮肤有刺激性,1次染毒刺激性大小与皮肤的封闭状态密切相关,反复染毒可加重刺激性,导致严重皮炎发生.

목적 관찰화전매유대가토적피부자격성. 방법 24지건강가토체모후분위완정피부조화파손피부조,분별진행1차봉폐식염독피부자격성、1차미봉폐식염독피부자격성이급다차비봉폐식염독피부자격성실험,삼고Draize평분방법관찰화전매유염독가토피부적자격성반응병계산적분,평개자격성. 결과 1차봉폐식염독대완정화파손피부적자격균위중등자격성;1차미봉폐식염독대완정화파손피부적자격균위경자격성;다차미봉폐식염독대완정화파손피부적자격균위중등자격성.1차봉폐식염독적피부자격반응평분고우1차미봉폐식염독(완정피부조:F=170.67,P<0.01;파손피부조:F=163.11,P<0.01).1차염독완정피부화파손피부조지간적피부자격반응평분무통계학차이,다차미봉폐염독완정피부조여파손피부조적피부자격반응평분무통계학차이.결론 화전매유대피부유자격성,1차염독자격성대소여피부적봉폐상태밀절상관,반복염독가가중자격성,도치엄중피염발생.
Objective To investigate the irritation effects of rocket kerosene on rabbit's skin.Methods Twenty-four hair cut healthy rabbits were divided into the abraded and non-abraded skin groups.Each group was tested skin irritation respectively in once occluded,non-occluded and repeated non-occlude exposures of rocket kerosene.The irritation of rabbit skin was observed and scored based on the Draize measures.Results Once occluded exposures of rocket kerosene produced moderately irritating despite of the rabbits' skin abraded or non-abraded.None-occlusion of rocket kerosene produced slight irritation.Repeated none-occluded exposures of rocket kerosene produced moderately irritating.Skin irritation scores on once occluded exposures of rocket Kerosene were significantly higher than those on once non-occluded exposures (non-abraded skin:F=170.67,P<0.01 ; abraded skin:F=163.11,P<0.01).No significant differences were found between non-abraded skin and abraded skin groups in once exposure.Abraded skin irritation scores on repeated non-occluded exposures of rocket kerosene were not significantly different from those of non-abraded skin.Conclusions Rocket kerosene can cause skin irritation.The degree of irritation is closely related with the occluded status but the skin damage state.Repeated exposures can aggravate irritation and lead to serious dermatitis.
