This paper analyzes the "bottleneck" that constraints of modern mine high speed development from the present situation of domestic coal mine auxiliary transportation, take Shicaocun coal mine as an example, introduces the optimization scheme and op-timization ideas of auxiliary transportation system, provide reference for other mines to establish efficient auxiliary transport system.
