In this paper,the applications of LTCC（low temperature co-fired ceramic） technology in our country are presented.At the same time,the present situation at home and abroad of design,process,material,equipment,assembly and test technology standards concerning LTCC multi-layer substrate manufacturing is presented.The relation between LTCC manufacturing industry and technology standards is discussed in detail.Moreover,it is analyzed that LTCC manufacturing industry makes demands of the technology standards concerned.
