对重庆市主城区5G公办幼儿园新手教师的数学学科教学知识(PCK)掌握情况的访谈发现:(1)新手教师认为幼儿园数学教育的内容应该与幼儿的生活经验相联系。(2)在组织数学教学活动时,新手教师运用最多的教学策略是演示和图示,且教学效果较好。(3)新手教师主要是通过课堂观察和师幼互动了解本班幼儿的。(4)新手教师通常会根据具体情况及时调整教学策略以应对突发情况,而且会创设具有游戏性和趣味性的数学教学情境,以提高幼儿数学学习的效果。

Interviews with the novice teachers from 5 public kindergartens in main districts of Chongqing on their math pedagogical content knowledge (laCK) revealed that (1) novice teachers believe that children's math education contents should be associated with their life experience; (2) while organizing math teaching activity, novice teachers tend to use demonstration and illustration as teaching strategy; (3) the novice teachers mainly know the children in their class through classroom observation and teacher-children interaction; (4) novice teachers usually adjust teaching strategy in case of emergency and establish playful and interesting context to enhance the effects of children's math learning.
