The report at the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward that enterprise and personal credit service system would be constructed rapidly according to the direction of improving laws and regulations, granting license, commercial operation and speciality service. After that, the construction of credit information system has been a main national project. How to set up an effective local credit information system under a uniform layout nationwide is a major topic. On the basis of the deep investigation on the construction of credit information system in Tongehuan, the paper brings forward relevant suggestions
